Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

4. Contact information of the complaining party.
5. A statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use and accuracy of the information.
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Note that the identity of the complainant may be shared with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice, you can send a counter notification to have the material restored. The information required includes:

1. Your signature.
2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
3. A statement declaring good faith belief of mistake in removal.
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We uphold a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers as required by the DMCA. Repeat offenders will face account termination.
